Routine and thorough health check-ups are an important part of being in control of your well-being. It is especially important for women ages 25 to 64, who are recommended to have basic check-ups annually, which are:

- And various lab tests as well as needed x-rays
- Do not forget to renew immunization shots. Tetanus shots, for instance have to be taken every 10 years.
